A whole-floor remodel, start to finish
We took this home down to the studs, opened the kitchen to the living room, and rebuilt every room on the floor: new kitchen, new bathroom, refinished hardwood, fresh paint throughout.
Tear-out
Old cabinets, flooring and damaged drywall come out. Plumbing, wiring and heat are exposed for inspection.
Opening walls and framing
Walls come down to open the layout. New headers carry the load, and the framing is rewired for the new plan.
Finished
White shaker kitchen with a navy peninsula, a blue-tile bathroom, refinished oak floors and new paint in every room.
Exterior painting, gray to white
We repainted this shingle-style home from top to bottom: siding, trim, dormers, porch columns and railings. The landscaping was wrapped and the walkways covered before anyone opened a can.

This basement was down to bare framing and a fresh concrete pour. We finished it as a family media room.

We took this cottage from bare framing and spray-foam insulation to a finished home with a vaulted great room.

Custom built-in media wall
A full wall of the living room, built from scratch. We framed it, wired it and finished it so the TV, speakers and fireplace sit flush.

Fireplace makeover
A dated brick fireplace became the room's centerpiece. We furred out the brick and framed the chimney breast, then finished it in drywall and trim.
